Our air duct cleaning procedures are performed in accordance with
the National Air Duct Cleaner's Association standard ACR 2006. To
remove mold and debris we brush and air wash the duct walls with
high-powered compressed air, while our vacuums, equipped with hospital
type HEPA
filtration systems, pull the contaminants from the
ducts into their filters. The air delivered is 99.97% free of debris
up to .3 microns in size.
Our mold
remediation procedures conform strictly to the Indoor
Air Quality Association and the New
York City Department of Health guidelines for assessment
and remediation
of fungi in indoor environments. From level 1 to level 5 contamination situations we utilize source, local and full scale containment.
